Gayhurst visits Shiplake College!

As part of our alumni relations programme, our Development Manager, Amy Cronin, is visiting some of our recent alumni at their senior schools. We aim to visit as many schools as possible; however, some schools have their own restrictions that may limit our ability to do so.

This week, we were delighted to visit Shiplake College, where we caught up with Gayhurstians from Years 7-10.

Reflecting on the visit, Amy shared:

"Miss Legg and I were warmly welcomed by our very own Gayhurstians, who were delighted to see us! It was fantastic to see how happy and settled they are at Shiplake. Over a delicious lunch kindly provided by the school, we had the chance to chat about how Gayhurst prepared them for senior school and the differences they’ve experienced so far. We also shared exciting updates about our new sports hall and invited them back for our Alumni Games and BBQ evening on 27th June."

It was a joy to reconnect with our former pupils and see them thriving—thank you, Shiplake, for your amazing hospitality!
